FINISHES: All of our finishes are hand done, therefore no two finishes are alike. Color will vary according to wood type and grain. Variations in color, shading and antiquing are characteristic of our techniques: these special techniques enhance the beauty of the piece. Color and texture of finish may vary due to the inherent natural characteristics of wood species and wood grains. We cannot guarantee exact duplication. Each piece is unique and original.
DISTRESSING: Characteristic markings will vary throughout the piece, they will not be uniform, for they are hand done. We offer three levels of distressing, ligt/medium/heavy, at no time do we guarantee any particular placement of these character markings.
CANCELLATIONS: No cancellations will be accepted after the item has gone into production.
SHIPPING: All pieces are shipped out blanket-wrapped, freight collect, F.O.B. City of Huntington Beach, unless prior arrangements have been made. If cartoning or crating is required please call factory for information.
DRAWINGS: All custom furniture will require an approved detailed drawing. Please revise drawings before approval, for piece will be built according to the drawing, not the original Purchase Order.
